An Award We're Honored to Acknowledge
NEW YORK, NY, August 4, 2026 — Sydecar, an SPV automation platform, has been recognized on CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list in the Wealth Technology category.
Created by CNBC in partnership with market research firm Statista, the annual list recognizes 500 leading fintech companies across eight industry segments. Approximately 3,500 companies were evaluated using an aggregated scoring model that considered overall business performance and category-specific key performance indicators.
Founded in 2021, Sydecar makes it simple and efficient for venture managers to form and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). By automating banking, compliance, contracts, and reporting, the platform reduces the back-office burden of running investment vehicles. This allows managers to launch deals faster and focus on building portfolios, strengthening track records, and fostering relationships with limited partners. SPVs have quickly become the preferred structure for private market transactions, and their role is poised to grow as global private capital assets under management climb toward a projected $27 trillion by the end of 2030.
“Companies are staying private longer and building enormous value in the process. As a result, demand for private market exposure will only continue to grow in the months and years ahead,” said Nik Talreja, CEO and co-founder of Sydecar. “We’re proud to be among the companies recognized by CNBC and Statista and remain focused on building the infrastructure that powers private markets.”
