To protect your privacy, we need to verify your identity before we can act on certain requests. We’ll contact you at the email address you provide and may ask for additional information to confirm who you are. We use that information only to process your request and delete it afterward.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Submitting a request will not affect your pricing, service level, or access to Sydecar’s products.

We’ll confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we’ll tell you why and may take up to an additional 45 days.
