Sydecar's fees are typically passed on to your investors. Sydecar's SPV fees will be automatically calculated and added to your target raise.

BLUE SKY FEES
Included in SPV Fee up to $1,500 then passed to investors
INVESTMENTS INTO PASS-THROUGH ENTITIES
$2,500 surcharge (on top of our base SPV pricing of 2% of funds raised, between $4,500 and $12,500)
NON-US INVESTMENTS
$1,000 surcharge (on top of our base SPV pricing of 2% of funds raised, with a minimum of $4,500 and a maximum of $12,500)
