This giveaway will begin on October 30, 2025 and end on November 13, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
How to Participate.
To participate, you must subscribe to Sydecar’s YouTube channel and comment on one designated giveaway video during the giveaway period in accordance with the prompt provided in the promotional materials (e.g., timeline, experience, or deal count). No form is required. All submissions are subject to Sydecar’s Terms of Service.
Note: Entries are counted on YouTube only. We may promote the giveaway on other channels (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletter), but comments/entries on those platforms will not be accepted.
Eligibility and Limitations.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sydecar and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. To qualify, participants must be subscribed to the Sydecar YouTube channel with public subscriptions enabled (so that Sydecar can verify eligibility) and must post a valid comment (as specified in the “How to Participate” instructions) on a designated giveaway video during the giveaway period. Limit one (1) entry per person per designated giveaway video; if multiple designated videos are promoted, you may earn one entry per video. Automated, duplicative, or fraudulent entries are void. A person may only win once.
Entries.
Only comments posted on the designated YouTube giveaway video(s) during the giveaway period by users who are publicly subscribed to the Sydecar channel will be considered. Sydecar may verify eligibility (including subscription status) at its discretion. Participants must provide accurate information if contacted as a potential winner. Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries, as determined by Sydecar in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.
Prize.
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive a $500 Mastercard® gift card (Approximate Retail Value per prize: $500; total ARV: $1,500). Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. Gift card issuer terms and conditions apply. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or verify eligibility within two weeks of initial contact, or is otherwise disqualified, Sydecar may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or forfeit the prize.
Tax.
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on information available to Sydecar, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes (federal, state, and local) related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the official rules. For tax reporting purposes, each winner must provide Sydecar with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. The winner of the contest may receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year from Sydecar and a copy of such form may be filed with the IRS.
Winner Selection and Notification.
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the giveaway ends and will be contacted initially via reply/comment on YouTube. Winners will be required to provide a valid email address to receive the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Publicity; Use of Personal Information.
Where permitted by law, participation constitutes permission for Sydecar to use winners’ names/handles and likenesses for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation. Sydecar may use personal information collected from winners solely for prize fulfillment and related communications, in accordance with Sydecar’s privacy practices.
Release.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sydecar, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
Miscellaneous.
Sydecar reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, amend these rules, or cancel/suspend the giveaway at any time, in its sole discretion, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Sydecar is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable communications. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.
Compliance with Law.
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes arising out of or related to the giveaway shall be resolved individually and by binding arbitration, and not as part of a class or representative action. Entrants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the giveaway.
