Control Person

A Control Person refers to a director or executive officer of a licensee or a person who has the authority to participate in the direction, directly or indirectly through 1 or more other persons, of the management or policies of a licensee.

Control persons include senior managers, members of the board of directors, and officers such as the CEO and CFO. Control persons are able to use their authority and influence to make decisions on the corporation’s activities.
